In December, the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation announced Tabitha Wiltse as the new executive director. Wiltse is an accomplished runner and a true fan of the Centennial Trail. She previously worked as the gift officer for Children’s Village in Coeur d’Alene, and her nonprofit work also includes the Boys and Girls Club. “One of my fondest memories is doing the 1st Full Moon Cruiser Ride for Coeur D’Alene this last June,” Wiltse says. “It was such a great moment to see mountain bikers, cruisers, kids, triathletes and the community come together and ride together. Stopping to take a group photo under the full moon was a really cool experience. I think if you haven’t used the full trail you are missing out on some amazing views.” The North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation is hosting its annual meeting and meet-and-greet with Wiltse at the Seasons of Coeur d’Alene Fresh Grill & Bar on January 7 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Stop by to support the trail and learn about upcoming projects in 2019. //
