The Coeur d’Alene Sailing Club is hosting an open house Sunday, June 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the beach at North Idaho College, with hot dogs, soda and sailing opportunities in Melges 15s.
The nonprofit has five member boats stored on the beach and sails weekday afternoons, with races on Sunday mornings. Fresh off its second small sailboat regatta May 30-31—drawing more than 20 participants from the area—the club is already looking ahead. Mark your calendars for the last weekend in May 2027.
