This weekend holds much in the way of inspiration at the Valley Girl and Valley Kids triathlons.
Go show your support for the athletes — starting lines are at Molter Rd. and Inlet Dr. in Liberty Lake. The Valley Girl sprint-distance triathlon begins 7:45 am on Sunday and the Valley Kids triathlon starts at 9:00 am Saturday.
A portion of the proceed from Valley Girl will benefit Transitions, a Spokane non-profit with programs for women trying to make a change for the better.
