President Bush, Mountain Biking Advocate?

The AP reported today that the Bush administration is considering a rules change that would make it easier for mountain bikers to access national park land.

The IMBA is cheering the idea. An environmental group I’ve never heard of is questioning it in the AP story. What do you think? Have you ever heard of the President’s Trek downhill bike referred to as “Mountain Bike 1” before?
