Paddlers looking to refresh their kit for the season should plan to attend the Spokane Canoe & Kayak Club’s Paddling Gear Swap on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The swap is open to the public and held in the Evergreen Gear Exchange parking lot at 1003 E. Trent Ave. in Spokane (same lot shared with No-Li Brewhouse).
This annual event is a chance to score deals on gently-used paddling gear, including kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, life jackets, paddles and other paddling-related equipment.
