This Sunday from 9 am – 3 pm, join the Ice Age Floods Institute for a bike ride in the Columbia Plateau Rails to Trails park . Dr. Gene Kiver, who has been involved in Missoula Flood research in this region for many years, will lead the trip exploring the geologic story of eastern Washington.
The 14-mile roundtrip follows both paved and crushed gravel surfaces. Wide-tire bikes are recommended. Bring snacks, lunch, water, and appropriate clothing.
Limited to no more than 30 bikers; Ice Age Floods Institute members have priority registration.
