Cōpow Birdie Bar and Energy Bites

Cōpow comes from combining “colorful” and “powerful,” and it’s among the newest nutritional food manufacturers in Post Falls, Idaho. Its Birdie Bar and Energy Bites land in that sweet spot between snack and fuel. They’re chewy without tasting like sawdust and balanced enough that you don’t immediately start hunting for water after you’ve eaten one. The Cōpow kitchen goes out of its way to prepare tasty food focused on the best ingredients. These snacks are all organic, free of seed oils, gluten free and made with locally sourced ingredients.

The Birdie Bar and the Energy Bites taste recognizable and clean, with natural sweetness carrying the load instead of a syrupy overload. They are sturdy little pockets of energy ready for long hikes, early morning rides or the familiar “I forgot lunch and now I’m starving” situation. The texture is especially good, with ingredients like flaxseeds, almond butter, organic oats, chia seeds and organic dates.

Beyond these magical energy bars, Cōpow’s main focus is on prepared meals built around the idea that convenience food does not need to taste artificial or nutritionally bankrupt. You can taste the influence of outdoor and wellness culture and Northwest cuisine colliding in one place. Cōpow has two locations in North Idaho, one in Boise and another location opening in Bend by the end of 2026. Peruse Cōpow’s food offerings at Copow-foods.com.
