From July 1 through the end of October, Bell’s Brewery, one of North America’s top craft breweries based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan, will donate $1 to the Partnership for the National Trails System (PNTS) for every hour you pledge to your favorite public lands trails. Your trail pledge can be to volunteer, participate in a clean up, go for a hike, bike a trail, find a new trail, tell a friend about a trail, visit the PNTS website, learn about a trail, or make a donation. Bell’s will match up to a maximum donation of $20,000 to PNTS, a 501(c)(3) that connects organizations to further the protection, completion, and stewardship of the 32 national scenic and historic trails within the National Trails System. PNTS also advocates for trail preservation and stewardship and initiates youth outreach programs. After you pledge your time on Bell’s website at Bellsbeer.com/trails, you can enter to win a $1,000 REI gift card to stock up on gear for your next outdoor adventure. (OTO)
