World T’ai Chi and Qigong Day – Spokane

World T’ai Chi & Qigong Day is global event celebrated in over 60 nations and thousands of cities. With the recognition of the health benefits of T’ai Chi and Qigong by many major health organizations, by “Time” magazine, and as publicized by Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Oz, this ancient art is being embraced by more and more people around the world.
Spokane’s World Tai Chi Day event will be held at Manito Park @ 10:00am, Saturday, April 24th – Corner of 18th Ave. & Grand Boulevard. T’ai Chi groups from the Spokane and North Idaho areas will be practicing as one community. Everyone is welcome to join in this healing movement or just observe the beauty of it.
