The Colville National Forest plan is currently being revised and much of the
Kettle Crest area is being recommended for Wilderness which would ban bikes from
the area. Those who have ridden Kettle Crest know that would be a huge loss for
mountain bikers.
There is a chance the area may be designated as a Recreation Special Interest
Area so your comments are very important to influence the Forest Revision plan.
We only have until end of the day on Wed September 28 so please take a few
minutes to write a letter!
