Ride More This May with Bike Everywhere Month 2026 Events in Spokane

How the Spokane Bicycle Club Is Making Riding a Bike More Welcoming for All

For the 10th year, Spokane Bicycle Club is inviting the community to take part in May Bike Everywhere—a monthlong celebration of short rides, neighborhood events and everyday cycling. The goal is simple: make biking part of daily life while connecting with others who share the joy of riding.

A Welcoming Month for Every Kind of Cyclist

May Bike Everywhere welcomes anyone who wants to ride more and connect with Spokane’s cycling community. It’s for committed cyclists eager to share their enthusiasm with family and friends and for returning riders ready to reclaim a biking habit. It’s also for those who want to practice group riding in a relaxed environment, meet other Spokane bicyclists—including bike commuters—and help raise biking visibility in the local community and with elected officials.

Throughout the month, cyclists can gather at a Pancake Breakfast in Riverfront Park, stop by energizer stations and celebrate together at a month-end party—all for free. The rides themselves are short and leisurely, making them accessible, social and easy to fit into everyday life. Ride when you can, and don’t miss the wrap-up party on May 31!
