Just got this notice from the Spokane Farmer’s Market:
Hello All,
If Spring is just around the corner, you would never know it if you looked outside. The only clues that Spring might actually return are the seed catalogs arriving in the mail and perhaps this email announcing that the Spokane Farmers’ Market is Now Inviting Vendors to Apply for the 2009 Season.
As we begin our second decade of service to the Inland Northwest’s family farms, we are especially seeking vendors who are producers of the following products: Dairy (milk, cheese, butter etc.), poultry, eggs and locally harvested fish. The market is a thriving venue for your direct-marketing efforts to generate a significant return whether you have a big farm or a backyard or community garden.
Applications can be downloaded from our website, printed, filled out and mailed back to us. We have two application forms, one for growers/producers and another for bakeries. Please submit your application by March 13. Applications received after March 13 will be reviewed as time and space permit.
