OTM was very sad to hear that head ranger Rene Wiley is leaving Riverside State Park. Rich Landers had a great piece in the Spokesman on Saturday and you can click here to read it. Anyone familiar with recent history at the park will tell you that Wiley is a big reason for the park’s current vitality. Event directors report to me that she is great to work with and her presence will be sorely missed at one of the Inland Northwest’s most important outdoor institutions. Good luck Rene, we’ll miss you.
