I think Crosswalk needs a new bike rack. I took this photo Friday outside the agency’s building on 2nd and Howard in downtown Spokane. Crosswalk is a Volunteers of America project that provides services for homeless youth. Said youth have many bicycles. Maybe someone could help them out with a new rack?
