$50.00Join us on Thursday, October 24th, 2019, for Spokane Riverkeeper’s third annual fundraiser SPOKEN RIVER. Once again you’ll be treated to authors giving readings of their works focused on the Spokane River.
Come hear The Salish School of Spokane with a featured student reader reading an original piece. Also:
– Ben Goldfarb, author of Eager: The Surprising, Secret Life of Beavers and Why They Matter.
– Jack Nisbet: Local author of many volumes including Sources of the River and David Douglas: A Naturalist at Work
– Ellen Welcker: Poet and author of many books of poetry including Ram Hands
Additionally, The Coeur d’Alene Tribe and Salishan Sturgeon Nose Canoes will have several traditional canoes on hand.
You’ll also learn about the work of the Spokane Riverkeeper and hear about how you can get involved and support it.
Your individual ticket is $50 and includes dinner and 2 drink tickets for beer or wine. Or take your table-seating-destiny into your own hands: your table purchase is $350 and includes 8 seats, dinner, and 20 drink tickets for beer or wine.
