Idaho Governor Butch Otter hopes you are. The Spokesman Review has a nice piece on the push to tax non-motorized boat owners.
Is it just plain fairness, or are Idaho politicians trying to grab money from non-motorized boat owners (a group they think is too politically weak to fight back?) to pay for services and infrastructure non-motorized folks don’t actually use?
The folks over at KayakIdaho.com have started a petition against the tax.
